Roo’s World of Discovery is a Montessori based play space. I can’t tell you how excited I am for this new play space in Downtown Kirkland! It’s so much more than your typical indoor play ground. Not only is it beautiful, but it’s clean and not crazy with sensory overload.
The owner, Michelle’s dream was to create a space where her three-year-old daughter who is sensory sensitive, could play and learn. Montessori based activities are throughout the play area. There is also a “low sensory” room.
The location is fabulous, right down the street from Marina Park! You might have heard about Roo’s from Parent Map, King 5 News, or Red Tricycle.
Roo’s World is a place for children of all abilities to play and learn. There are lots of fun classes for kiddos and parents to enjoy!
